Soldier Card Exchanges

***NOTE***FOR THE UPCOMING HOLIDAYS, THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES PLANNED, HOWEVER, IF THERE ARE ENOUGH PARTICIPANTS INTERESTED, I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO ORGANIZE ONE. E-MAIL ME IF YOU ARE INTERESTED****

Each participant will buy or make a greeting for each member's soldier in the exchange. The number of cards that you will make depends on both the number of participants in the exchange as well as the number of sets each participants requests. Once you have your cards ready, you will mail them to the address provided at the time you sign up, in a flat rate envelope along with a $4.95 stamp (which will be used to send you your cards). NOTE: Rule of thumb is - if it costs you more than $4.95 to mail in your cards, it will cost more than $4.95 to have the cards mailed back to you. Once the cards are received, they will be seperated and packaged and then mailed back to all the participants. We know that some of you have difficulties using some sites, so if it is easier for you to e-mail us your sign up information instead of leaving it in a comment below, please feel free to do so.michelle.richards@adoptaussoldier.org



Step by Step Instructions to participate:


1. Sign up by filling out the required information (listed below) and leave it in a comment below or e-mail it to me. Please be sure you include all the information that is asked of you when signing up, as this will make the process much easier.

2. Get/make your cards.


3. Mail your cards to the address you were given, along with a $4.95 stamp (for returned cards)* see note above and the address you would like your cards to.

4. Sit back, relax, and wait for your cards to arrive in the mail.






**NOTES**

*I know that some of you have more than one soldier, so you may sign up for up to 3 sets.*Cards can be bought or made.*So things are easier, we do not address the cards to particular soldiers, we generalize them. Some examples include; Dear Hero, American Hero, etc.
